It’s a wrap! AIKO Wintercamp 2023 and it was awesome!Thank you everybody who participated this weekend. There is no camp without you. Op vrijdagavond bij Feelgoodclub AeroFitt in Hengelo de 1e training van dit karatekamp!!Karatekamp team Doragon: Aanstaande vrijdagavond de eerste training bij AeroFitt!Hengelo staat aanstaande zaterdag en zondag (11 en 12 november) volledig in het teken van karate. Onder leiding van Hengeloër Marcel van den Berg (51) en zijn vrouw Vanessa (43) – beide zijn ze karateleraar binnen hun Team Doragon – vindt hier een AIKO Ashihara karate-trainingsweekend plaats. This weekend we attended the AIKO Hungarian Summercamp. It was a great experience! We met old friends, made new friends, learned many Hungarian words, drinks 😊 and there were good trainings and witnessed a heavy exam. We have a lot of respect for the people who did exam; it was bloody hot and it was physically very demanding!Regina Boka did her Shodan exam and she was a superwoman in these heavy conditions.
