We personally want to thank Hanshi Dave Jonkers, Hanshi Marc Howes , Shihan Marcel Vanderschaeghe , Shihan Tommy Odaiko for bringing all your knowledge to us and Shihan Marc de Roodt for his extra input and techniques. We want to congratulate all the exam candidates, you guys put in a lot of effort and hard work in to your exams. We hope everyone had a good time and we hope to see you again on our next camp. It's been said several times this weekend "it feels like a family" in my book this is a real compliment.![]()

We had the AIKO Wintercamp this weekend and it was like many camps: great people, great atmosphere, great laughs and great lessons. ![]()
